Head of Thought Leadership (Temporary Contract – Maternity Cover)

Head of Thought Leadership.The role leads the development of first-class content across multiple formats, including video, infographics, long-form articles, blogs and reports in order to ensure optimal delivery of messages to target audiences across multiple channels.

Within EY CBS Marketing, you will have your finger on the pulse for all major activities and growth areas for the firm. Working as part of a wider team, you will play a key role with building our brand and communicating our unique insights and driving the profile of our partner group within the market.

Reporting to the Marketing Director and with two direct reports to support the success of the role, the Head of Thought Leadership will own the

Measurement and analytics:Responsibility for the oversight of measurement and reporting for the function. Lead the design and implementation of processes and systems that actively measure, manage, optimise and communicate the performance of the content published by the firm against objectives and strategies.

Requirements:

• Native/fluent English speaker
• 10+ years’ experience in communications, public relations, journalism or a related discipline, with a proven track record of leading an in-house content function essential.
• Excellent writing skills coupled with excellent editorial skills
• Digital first focus: focus on SEO optimisation
