About the role:

The Process Technician III has excellent hands-on skills and soft skills, including computer documentation and test data collection, and capable of handling assignments which involve a variety of procedures and techniques.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in analyzing, designing, and implementing manufacturing and business process improvements, resulting in increased capacity, reduced lead-time, reduction in the work-in-process, and improved process flow and efficiency.
  • Create strong relationships with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
  • Participate cross-functionally including R&D, manufacturing, and supplier engineering.
  • Make recommendations to design teams, which drive higher yielding, lower cost, and more manufacturable products.
  • Apply creativity and technical problem-solving skills to design and operational challenges associated with the process design, product testing, and testing/designing equipment and tooling.
  • Conduct product testing and data collection e.g., lab testing.
  • Take charge of the lab space by applying practical knowledge of 5S and other lean six sigma practices.
  • Apply knowledge of the design, process, and manufacturing controls associated with the BSC Quality Management System.
  • Manage small to medium projects, usually within the needs of Process Development.
  • Manufacture R&D concept phase devices.

Required qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant experience with High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience, education, training, or apprenticeships

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • 2-year degree in a technical field
  • MS Office experience
  • Product testing experience
  • Experience with BMRAM and Windchill systems
  • Hands-on experience with product and process development projects
  • Medical device manufacturing environment experience is a plus

Maximum Salary: $ 91416

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
