Support visual brand and design strategy for the premium card portfolio
Provide comprehensive design support across our card brands (hands on as well as consulting) this includes design strategy, visual Identity, card design, packaging, high-end collateral, gifting and digital integration
Develop and execute creative guidelines to ensure the brand shows up consistently across all customer touchpoints
Develop and present creative ideation and strategy to multiple audiences.
Remain current and be inspired by emerging trends in design, art and culture tobringing creativity and innovation to the table as the landscape continues to evolve.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
A strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs in the premium space.
6+ years of design experience, designing across multiple design disciplines including graphic design, visual identity, branding, packaging, and digital integration. Experience with large design systems a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in design or visual arts.
Clear communicator and presenter, organized, obsessed with details, able to manage their time across multiple projects and deadlines, andcommunicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners and external agencies.

Extraordinary design aesthetic as applied to color, graphics, and typography with impeccable taste in current design trends, visual identity, packaging and digital design.
Possess exceptional software skills, including proficiency on Mac OS platform is a must. Thorough knowledge of the following applications is required: Adobe CC (including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Figma
Ability to communicate and present creative ideas and solutions to peers, managers, business partners and external agencies and suppliers.
