As a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation at EY, you will be instrumental in orchestrating change that centers on human experiences, rapidly integrates cutting-edge technology, and scales innovation to drive substantial and sustainable growth across the organization.

• Work as part of and lead a multidisciplinary team across a range of industries, both in the public and private sectors – in varied industries encompassing Finance, Energy, Retail & Consumer, Transports, Healthcare among many others;
• Be a Subject Matter Expert in BPM (Business Process Management);
• Be able to establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure project alignment with business goals of a given organisation;
• Continuously learn, share knowledge with team members and enhance client service delivery.

• You are an experimented professional with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in business analysis and business design within the consulting industry;
• You hold a master’s degree (engineering, business, economics, or computer science…)
• Practical knowledge, or genuine passion for subjects such as Transformation Consulting;
• You are confident in using regular MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook);
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to summarise complex issues and adapt to various communication styles;
• You have strong conceptual design, analytics capabilities and problem-solving ability;
• You are used to working with teams that have different skills and backgrounds and using a flexible and collaborative approach, in an efficient and effective manner;
• You have a structured work approach and are capable of maintaining composure while monitoring multiple tasks at the same time;
• You are fluent in EnglishandFrench.

• Hands-on experience with business transformation suites (ARIS, MEGA, etc.) and standards (PROMETA, BPMN 2.0, EPC, OCEB2, TOGAF, SIPOC, Lean, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.) and standards (Hermes, PMI, Prince2, Agile Scrum, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
