Position Overview:

As the Global Partner Program Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our company's global partner ecosystem. You will play a critical role in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive mutual business growth and customer success. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director, Global Strategic Partners and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.

This role will focus will require experience working with multiple partner types including Resellers, Distributors, System Integrators, Service Providers, Technology Alliances, and Marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and evaluate existing partnerships for optimization and expansion.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a robust strategic partnership plan aligned with business’ vision, mission, and strategic goals
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic and innovative partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners while managing regular partner interaction
  • Work closely with various teams such as product management, marketing, sales, and customer success to leverage partnerships and ensure alignment across the organization
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting. Set, measure, analyse, and reach goals, plans, and KPIs on the performance and effectiveness of partnerships, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements as necessary
  • Leadership and project management. Lead cross-functional projects and teams to realize the full-potential of each partnership
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Go-to-Market leadership team
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to understand partner growth drivers and provide recommendations to the broader commercial organisation about future opportunities
  • Provide executives with clear insights into drivers of business growth; Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings;
  • Engage cross-functional teams to drive global partner strategy and regional execution
  • Identify key business drivers for business performance and resource efficiency;

Design and implement partner programs, incentives, and initiatives to drive partner engagement, productivity, and revenue growth. Continuously analyze program performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize partner satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in partner/channel management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful global partner programs that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable).
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
  • You can think across multiple dimensions of a business and P&L, multiple regions, and work cross-functionally to deliver results
  • A strategic thinker who operates effectively with management looking across multiple markets in the region and both the short- and longer-term horizons for our business; you can flex between analytical, strategic and operational aspects of the job
