Service Contracts
- Create renewal quotes based on existing renewal data and verify accuracy of estate and service dates prior to submitting the quote to the sales team, quotes enrichment:
- Auto renew quotes: Oracle, RVR, SalesForce.com (SFDC)
- Record and book said service via CRM and procurement system
- Review, creation and submission of Booking Forms
- Data governance
- Manages the contractreplacement/terminationprocess from start to finish
- Sites and units moves, change of EU, credits request, service terminations
- Ad-hoc Support to renewal Ops and Sales teams (backfill when needed)
- Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Data Quality
- Validation of accuracy of installed base report, data mining and troubleshooting
- Overlapping contract report
- RMA checks and replacements
- ServiceNow requests
- Out of the box renewals
- Data analysis in SFDC
Processes
- Documentation, implementation and training
- Communication with other theaters
- Manage and utilize resources to ensure the most up to date processes and policies are followed while identifying areas of waste, developing and driving process improvement
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years’ Professional experience in customer service and order entry, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle a significant amount of detail while maintaining consistently accurate output
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a focus in Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written Japanese communication skills essential, and conversational English skills.
- Experience with Oracle and/or Salesforce.com is required for this role
- High tech experience is a plus
