Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 3-4 account managers, setting clear targets and expectations for performance.
  • Develop and implement department-wide strategies to drive revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
  • Analyze team performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives to achieve retention and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure aligned goals and strategies.
  • Handle escalated client issues and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business intelligence platforms, with Salesforce experience, is considered an asset.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages being advantageous.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Cybersecurity, SaaS or similar product environments.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and industry trends.
