6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or workforce/payroll solutions.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex customer needs and tailor solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
