Work closely with EightBar media agency team, internal IBM stakeholders and be an integral part of global paid media team to achieve objectives as defined.
Lead multiple simultaneous projects, while maintaining execution accuracy and audit posture and efficiency in deliverables.
Work with multiple tools & systems that enable campaigns to go live and monitor performance.
Provide operational support and management of our advertising technology and systems.
Work with IBM and agency technical, privacy and legal teams to update and enhance our adtech platforms and capabilities
Cover necessary enablement for the media channel and relevant processes to other marketing functions, in order to have seamless processes and workflows for campaigns.
Gather requirements form stakeholders for changes and enhancements to current systems.
Support campaign media strategists by ensuring campaign/product teams are following best practices and optimization recommendations in order to continually improve media’s effectiveness at driving business outcomes.
Manage paid search intake process for all campaigns supporting IBM’s priority products and services.
Collaborate with campaign teams to obtain relevant paid media creative asset inputs for media execution. Confirm creative and journey assets align to best practices.
Paid Media Creative Asset management–in charge of final QA of asset inputs. Transcribe these inputs into the appropriate trafficking systems.
Work collaboratively with Creative Specialist and aligned campaign teams to keep creative respository up to date.
This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office is currently required only 3 times per week

Main requirements for the role:
Basic experience in paid media cross channel (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display), with 1-2 years of experience at a digital media planning agency preferred,
HTML, Javascript, JQuery, Python, SQL and database skills
Relevant experience with paid media, working with a media agency and managing budget
Data driven – experience with digital/ paid media optimalization; strong analytical skills
Strong collaboration skills, verbal and written communication skills, outstanding attention to detail
Understanding of the 2024 Marketing framework and management system & objectives is a plus
Growth mindset and openness to adapt fast and efficiently to change. Ability to absorb learning quickly and act upon.
Experience with driving multiple projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with multi market B2B campaigns is a plus.
Hands on experience with digital channels/ media platforms (Media Math, LinkedIn, Redddit, Twitter, etc) is a plus.
Experience or familiarity with digital marketing tools a plus: ad servers, DSPs, and paid social and audience management platforms is a plus.
Media, digital campaigns and/or Advertising Agency experience preferred
