As a Salesforce consultant, you will participate in development and support of a project of public sector., collaborating with other specialists in order to achieve project and client goals on a very dynamic environment.

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

• Platform Customization and Configuration: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the SalesForce platform to tailor it to company-specific needs. This includes creating custom objects, fields, and workflows to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.

• System Integration and Data Management: Expertly integrate SalesForce with various external systems and applications. Manage data migration, maintain data quality, and ensure data security across the platform.

• Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement innovative SalesForce solutions that solve complex business challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM strategies.

• User Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure optimal platform usage and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Computer science degree or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience working in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration, including REST API and Metadata API
• Hands-on experience with SFDC SF Apex, Java/Java Script, Visual Force , LWC y Aura Componenets, Lightning Components.
• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer
• Excellence communication skills in Spanish

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Continuous integration (i.e Jenkins)
• JSON, XML, and webservices REST/SOAP
• Salesforce Developer II and Service Cloud consultant certifications area a plus.
