Job Description

This is a very important role with very high visibility and accountability and will be accountable for the delivery of new products supporting the all regions across the globe. You will also be accountable for shift from a project based delivery mechanism to a product based delivery mechanism. We are looking for a strong leader who is collaborative, a self-starter, can take ownership/ accountability and drive results. This senior role will report into the Engineering Lead.

Responsibilities

• You will work very closely with other value teams to ensure rapid and agile delivery of use cases. You are required to lead teams in the delivery of Business Use Cases ranging from complex integration, data onboarding, Salesforce/Veeva platform, product enhancements.

• You will work very closely with the Solution architects, Product Line Owners, Technical Leads, Integration Leads and Operation Leads to ensure alignment.

• Provide thought leadership in technologies and system architecture and drive innovation.

• Participate in product ideation sessions, roadmap reviews and customer calls as needed.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand company needs and devise possible solutions. Understands business needs and identifies potential use cases in multiple markets.

• Works with external partners to develop a minimal viable product to meet those market’s needs where there is a pressing business problem but scarce resources while resolving any issues that may arise.

• Lead teams of cross-functional resources to enable solutions to support divisional information needs.

• Partner with divisional IT to understand the business need and develop clear success criteria for solving for the need. Work with partners to develop and maintain long-standing relationships and leverage these relationships to augment resources to execute on use cases and projects.

• Effective time management and collaboration cross regions in global setup.

Must have

• The candidate should have 12+ years of relevant IT experience in CRM & Integration Platforms in Pharma domain.

• Strong leadership skills with track record of success managing large IT projects globally in CRM domain.

• Global/Regional delivery and deployment experience with cross-functional teams in CRM & Integration domains.

• 10 years of experience in Veeva, Salesforce, Informatica, Oracle, AWS and Data migration

• Technical knowledge of Veeva CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Vault Platform, AWS Services, ETL and Data Platform

• The candidate should possess experience in leading and managing large-scale programs across various regions.

• Strong interpersonal, networking, influencing, andrelationship-buildingskills and the ability to navigate cross-culturally with wide array of stakeholders, internally and externally.

• Experience with building and executing on technology roadmaps.

• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.

• Demonstrated leadership and experience managing resources and suppliers

• Superior written, listening, communication and influencing skills

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related business field

• Skilled in technology development models

• Experience partnering with third party consultancies, agencies and vendors to scale solutions and deliver on strategic objectives

• Skilled in managing and guiding globally distributed virtual teams; able to drive high performance in a multi-regional, matrixed environment

• Solution architecture background.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
