EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will be leading customer relationships and together with fellow team members you will be responsible for creating and delivering an excellent, state-of-the art experience for prospects, customers, and partners.

Specifically, you will:

  • Take leadership of rollout of product information to prospects, customers, partners, SAP’s development groups, and SAP’s field through all phases of the products’ lifecycle.
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners in SAP and seek integration points and new scenarios for your service.
  • Conduct international customer meetings. Advise customers on technical matters on the way of adopting our software
  • Have direct impact on increasing our customer base
  • Present our tools and processes at customer-focused events
  • Actively seek for new opportunities to promote and evolve your services.
  • Become a trusted advisor for customers and colleagues. Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades

Required skills

  • Several years of experience in product management, consulting, sales or similar customer-facing roles in the IT industry.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Solid background in cloud development
  • Knowledge and experience with cloud and micro-service architectures
  • Familiarity and experience with different cloud IaaS and PaaS layers like – AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry and/or others.
  • Ability of presenting products convincingly in front of large audiences
  • Fluent written and spoken English
