Your key responsibilities

As a Senior / Manager at EY-Parthenon, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic consulting engagements, specifically within the Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, and Sustainability sectors. Drawing on your prior experience in a top-tier consulting environment, you will define project objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure execution aligns with EY-Parthenon’s rigorous standards.

You will work directly with clients to address complex strategic challenges, translating their needs into actionable insights and high-impact deliverables. Your sector expertise will be critical in helping clients navigate industry-specific dynamics.

You will also be expected to manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables. In addition, you will proactively identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute to a culture of excellence by mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.

Skills and attributes for success

Candidates should be proficient in using data analytics tools and possess a deep understanding of industry trends. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree from a top-ranking institution with outstanding academic performance.
• At least 4 to 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields.
• International experience or exposure to regional markets is a plus.

Ideally, you’ll also:

• Have an MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier university.
• Have experience leading significant strategy projects, including digital transformation and market entry strategies.
• Have strong problem-solving and project management skills.
