Leverage prior marketing and/or retirement industry experience and the latest techniques to come up with new creative ways of strengthening the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Retirement Insights program
Identify opportunities to develop digital, print and social/video content based on strategic priorities, metrics, market conditions, input from sales, product strategy and other stakeholders; leverage a metrics driven approach
Stay ahead of the curve, striving for quality outreach of the best-in-class insights content in the industry. Pilot new ideas to create positive impact for innovative marketing
Project manage the development of thought leadership and/or research projects by working closely with Strategists and Subject Matter experts ensuring accuracy and timely completion while identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiencies
Support updates and enhancements to retirement tools including Target Date Compass and Core Menu Evaluator
Gather data and analyze stats on the Retirement Insights programs including client and prospect touch-points, engagement and participation to ensure content is created based on metrics
Partner with various business groups across AWM (Marketing, Client, Investment, Finance, Ops, Tech, Controls, Events, HR, and Strategy Teams) to execute key priorities and to stay up-to-date on key areas of focus
Support award winning participant communication program with Target Date Fund Product
Required qualifications, capabilities, skills
Understanding of the retirement landscape and products that lie within
Experience with asset management solutions including target date funds and retirement income
Research driven mindset
Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Extensive experience in all content mediums – web, mobile, audio, video and social media channels
Solid project management skills
Strong work ethic and ability to individually drive initiatives in a fast pace environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills – ability to interact with top business executives
