Your key responsibilities
As a GRC manager, your responsibilities will extend beyond project execution to include business development and leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of GRC frameworks and strategies for our clients.
- Designing and conducting workshops and training sessions to educate clients and stakeholders on GRC best practices.
- Establishing and maintaining robust communication channels with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Expanding our professional network by actively participating in and contributing to Danish, Nordic, and international GRC events.
- Driving sales and business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members, while managing project teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Engaging in thought leadership activities to enhance EY's reputation in the GRC space.
Our team has a Nordic focus, and as such, you will have the opportunity to work with clients and colleagues across the region and occasionally on an international scale. Some travel may be required.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A minimum of four years of consulting experience or six-plus years of relevant industry experience in GRC or related fields.
- A strong analytical mindset and a track record of academic or professional excellence.
- An academic background in law, finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Danish as majority of our clients are Danish.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Proficiency in one or more software tools (SQL, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI and others)
- The ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines and lead projects.
