As a Vice President within the Wealth Engagement Acquisition product team, you will collaborate with designers, engineers, and other partners to expand and enhance our digital capabilities. You will focus on accelerating quality lead generation, increasing account openings, and deepening relationships with our current client base. Your work will empower clients to invest independently or with an advisor, supported by industry-leading research and tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the product development lifecycle by collaborating with design, data, and UX engineering teams.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to clarify and prioritize requirements.
  • Own and write detailed requirements capturing functional, design, analytics, and regulatory features.
  • Review and certify new experiences with Quality Assurance, engineering, and design teams.
  • Facilitate decision-making to make smart trade-offs when appropriate.
  • Drive prioritization of defects and work with technology on resolution.
  • Leverage data-driven experimentation to optimize experience and measure progress against OKRs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of digital consumer product development or business analyst experience.
  • Extensive experience authoring business requirements and defining user stories.
  • Proven ability to distill complex ideas into actionable materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable for a start-up team in a large organization.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management across all levels and functions.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in brokerage industry and/or digital lead generation.
  • Experience in building web and mobile native experiences.
  • Familiarity with an array of financial instruments.
