Technical Requirements:
Expert experience with large SIP deployments and call routing utilizing SBCs, preferably Ribbon SBC and PSX.
Intermediate experience in SIP troubleshooting using Wireshark and other VoIP analyzer tools.
Intermediate experience with ISDN and IP/SIP trunking with telco providers.
Intermediate experience with TLS/MTLS/SRTP system integrations.
Beginner experience with SIPREC call recording.
Beginner experience with Cisco and Genesys voice platforms.
Beginner experience with deploying communication systems into cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum.
Experience in network automation and scripting languages such as Python.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years applied experience with infrastructure design, engineering and implementation experience within a large enterprise environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex voice and video network issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
