The responsibilities include, but not limited to, ensure cloud data quality, provide program level coordination and communication around identifying and resolving any types of issues / potential issues in Product/Engineering data and/or Hyperscaler data, SOX and SOC processes for internal/external audit across all products.
This role is part of a global team residing in many time zones and working in a hybrid work mode, both from the home office as well as coming to the office(s), as needed. Supporting multiple time-zones and flexibility in work hours is required to succeed in this position.

- Manage the delivery of the Data Quality team and work cross-functionally with various internal and external organizations including IT.
- Follow all human resource and company policies and protocols.
- Provide clear and sufficient communication to all stakeholders, based on team’s deliverables and goals, as set by your manager.
- Foster a collaborative and professional working environment that is inclusive and effective.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, IT, and Sales for various data related initiatives.
- Appropriately leverage corporate processes where it makes sense and provides value to stakeholders.
- Utilize tools, including AI, to reduce mundane work and leverage the team for value-add work.
- Connect with internal and external resources to always know the most recent data offerings of our hyperscaler partners and engineering and product teams.
- Adapt to product and company changes rapidly.
- Learn for yourself and teach business processes to the team to ensure each development team member fully understands every single data element in relationship to our products, selling, and invoicing.
