Cisco Software Security Engineer

You will be supporting multiple development teams within the engineering organization, focusing on the security of NSO (network orchestration and automation), CWM (workflow), and Foresight (AI agents). You should be comfortable working in a Linux environment and have experience from development. You will also have responsibility for the organizational process and compliance with the company software requirements. This includes internal requirements, threat models, as well as day-to-day support to managers and developers.

• Create and maintain the security surrounding the above products.
• Work directly with stakeholders for requirements gathering, execution, and development goals
• Deliver high quality products with security as top-of-mind.
• Participate in security code reviews
• Own the security surrounding development and release of the products

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in security work for commercial products
• Proficient in Unix/Linux development
• Knowledge of security tools

• Security certifications
• Experience from the security community (forums, open-source projects, etc.)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
