Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
ead efforts to identify opportunities for process automation in compensation workflows, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with HRIT and other technical teams to develop and enhance compensation software solutions. Help integrate new tools and automate existing processes for more efficient data management and reporting.
Develop, implement, and support technology solutionsto support Global Reward initiatives such as salary benchmarking, internal equity, assessing market competitiveness, focal compensation planning, and other programs to drive compensation strategies that support organizational goals.
Provide ongoing support for compensation systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and train user base.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, partner organizations and global Rewards team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with 8+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high-tech or semiconductor industry knowledge.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Strong understanding of global compensation practices, market trends and regulatory requirements
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and databasemanagement.
Technical skills in system design, configuration, and troubleshooting of compensation systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders all levels.
