PREPARE:- Deep knowledge of security risks, geo-political and/or natural disaster, across Europe.- Experience developing proactive crisis response plans.- Strong relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, and security professionals.- Proven ability to design, implement, and test crisis response plans.- Experience creating exceptional presentations and training materials to support crisis management initiatives.- Skilled in delivering executive-level presentations and public speaking.- Ability to assess and test local response capabilities and CRT readiness.- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.RESPOND:- Lead crisis response efforts in Europe and globally when needed.- Provide clear, well-informed assessments and maintain composure under pressure.- Make critical decisions in high-ambiguity situations.- Work with key stakeholders to drive effective resolutions.- Conduct post-incident reviews, assess decision-making effectiveness, and implement improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Senior level of experience in crisis management or a related field.
- Extensive experience working with law enforcement or security vendors.
- Global perspective in addressing crisis challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to produce high-quality written work and presentations.
- Strong track record of delivering on commitments and acknowledging mistakes when necessary.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and standards.
- Able to travel globally up to 50% of the time.
- Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
