What will your job look like:
  • Provide administrative support: scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements and responding to meeting requests.
  • Keep tabs on numerous administrative tasks in parallel until sufficiently completed, and initiate follow up for open items.
  • Draft slides and basic presentations.
  • Process certain administrative tasks like purchase orders, invoices, signatures and approvals.
All you need is:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global high-tech company.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills (English & Hebrew)
  • Proficiency with Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- an advantage.
  • Flexible, and able to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Quick learner, curious and proactive with good administrative/execution skills.
  • Ability to take control and manage tasks independently to closure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good grasp of organizational dynamics.
