Performs routine network performance assessment, audits and network performance enhancements (optimization).

Creates documentation and reports according to the project needs.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in Radio Planning and Optimisation with minimum 1 year in 5G technology
5G Optimization knowledge covering cmWave, mmWave Optimization; NSA, SA.

Knowledge in database programming , big data analytics, Strong programming skills, using computer languages in R, Python, SQL, C++ is a must
Knowledge in RF principles and fundamentals of 4G and 5G: Nokia or 3rd party products
Knowledge in RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signaling flow and protocol in 4G or 5G Nokia or 3rd party products
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
