Job Responsibilities:

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Must hold at least a bachelor's degree
  • Drive risk and control initiatives to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues.
  • Demonstrate experience with multiple browsers, tabs, window navigation, and instant messenger tools.
  • Exhibit fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Seek opportunities to take initiative and adjust quickly to change with a positive attitude.
  • Take responsibility for results and deliver a great customer experience.
  • Handle challenging situations by offering customers alternative solutions and enhanced products.
  • Work schedule is as per business working requirements.
