DESCRIPTION

Key job responsibilities
- Develop, implement and lead the execution of multiple concurrent Continuous Improvement Programs (RCM (FMEA), CAPA, Retrofits, Support Cost Modeling).- Lead performance analyses to identify root cause of issues, and develop containment, mitigation and corrective action plans.
- Manage projects of significant complexity, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.- Develop metrics and proactive monitoring tools to measure the reliability and performance of advanced robotics systems as well as measure success of support mechanisms.- Identify, analyze and resolve mechanical and system issues across the MSP CX product suite.
- Produce daily and weekly reports on the products in the MSP CX product suite.- Provide requirements and “voice of the customer” feedback to development and support teams.
- Provide on-site support for new product implementation efforts .
- Flexible locations across the US
- Up to 75% travel expected

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 3+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Up to 75% travel expected


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- MS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Experience managing new hardware implementation projects
- Management and people leadership Experience
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies such as FMEA and Equipment Strategy (ES) development through probabilistic reliability analysis to determine benefit to cost for risk mitigating decision making.
