The position requires analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management. You will deal with large, multinational enterprises / providers in order to ensure services meet our requirements and expectations.
What you`ll do:
- Contract Management for managed IT services
- Identification and management of technical and contract risks
- Escalation management
- Claim management
- SOW creations
- RFI/RFP support
- Authorization management for external workforce
- Use creative approaches to ensure strategic development of department specific strategy, execution and operational plans
- Monitoring of specific goals (scope, quality, availability) and continuous enhancements and adoption to new requirements
- Develop concepts for continuous improvements of processes and content
- Provide program & project management support for department specific projects

Preferred:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise architecture
- Sound knowledge of communication / collaboration and office network technologies
- German language skills would be a big plus
Education / Work experience:
- University Degree, in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable
- Experience in
