- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience working or partnering with Agencies.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Experience building integrated campaigns for global brands and leading teams to achieve results.
- Experience with leadership in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
- Experience with communications or brand planning, media planning, buying, with knowledge across media platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video), and the key competitor landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising.
