U.S. Bank is seeking a full-time Lead Software Engineer – Agile (Multiple openings) in Charlotte, NC.
This Lead Software Engineer – Agile (multiple openings) position is assigned to our Int Channel-MM & CCAP Dev group. This role participates in Agile practices & ceremonies and works with Product Owners in identifying the stakeholders, helping to analyze the requirements, and extracting those of architectural significance. Specific duties include: (1) creating a solution structure which will meet the various requirements, balancing the goals and constraints on the solution; (2) Solution Design / Architecture for Application Technology Landscape including data modelling, Microservices, UI micro frontend, Data Aggregation and Distribution based on SWIFT ISO20022; (3) integrating with Realtime Sanction Screening and fraud validation with Payment intelligence Software application including Fircosoft and Actimize based on ISO20022 (ISO standard for electronic data interchange between financial institutions) payment messages including PAIN01, PACS08, RFP and CAMT; (4) implement Realtime Fraud Screening with FBA System for ISO20022 payment messages including PAIN01, PACS08, RFP and CAMT; (5) implement Centralize Realtime Limit Framework including static limits, custom limits, Dynamic Risk Limit and Behavioral Limit; (6) implement centralize system for Payee, Routing and Virtual Account Management; (7) implement System to perform Centralize attribute-based Transaction Balance Authorization; (8) implementing prototype and generic patterns framework to streamline team's dev implementation which helps in code reusability, intact code sanity and easy to maintain; (9) design and develop Cloud Migration for On Prem Application to Azure; (10) build Microservices ETL, data warehouse solutions with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; (11) solution design, architecture, build for applications technology landscape with XACML and SCIM standards including data modelling, microservices, UI micro frontend, data aggregation, distribution, streaming and messaging services in KAFKA; (12) building data warehouse solutions on Big Data using HIVE, IMPALA, and PENTAHO on Cloudera Hadoop; (13) performing identity and access management including building Authorization modules, access control, segregation of duties and violations, recertification process, RBAC, and ABAC with XACML, and SCIM standards; (14) supporting testing life cycles for release, including QAT, SIT, UAT, and User Experience along with performing auditing, defect prevention anchoring, end-to-end release management, onsite/offshore SPOC, DSR, WSR, work distribution and tracking, and mentoring; and (15) utilizing the following tools and technologies: Java 8, J2EE, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Hibernate, iBatis, Angular 2/4, Oracle, HIVE, IMPALA, Bootstrap, Apache Tomcat, PL/SQL, Hazelcast, Unix Shell Scripting, uDeploy, TeamCity,Tableau, Control-M, SCIM, XACML, KAFKA ,OWASP, jvisualVM, SQL Developer, Eclipse, Kubernetes. Helm3, OpenShift, Liquibase, Veracode, SONAR, Docker, Eclipse MAT, and Agile, and Waterfall. This position will supervise up to 5 subordinates, including Associate Software Engineers, Software Engineers, and Senior Software Engineers.
Basic Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and 5 years (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience building Microservices ETL, data warehouse solutions with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
