Manage Employee data support and conduct all activities related to On Boarding & Off Boarding process for all Service Line (coordinate with other Talent Function including HRBP)
Work closely with GDS Argentina leaders to understand training needs and how it impacts in the business
Deliver ad hoc trainings
Establish different and innovative learning initiatives
Deploy your core skills to lead the initiative with governance and control, track progress, report on SLAs and KPIs regularly to create client confidence
Communicate and meet with business stakeholders, learning champions, facilitators, participants and external vendors in implementing the learning programs
Design, develop and maintain the learning portals
Manage business stakeholders and work with business champions to drive adoption of leaning programs
Manage, upload and analyze Success Factors information.

Strong MS Office skills – particularly, to develop engaging presentations
