Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in labor relations within a organizational setting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in designing, implementing, and delivering educational and strategic programs for various audiences, including executive leadership.
Experience in managing employee representative bodies, including information and consultation processes, within a fast-paced, large, matrixed global organization.
Understanding of HR policies and practices, as well as relevant state and federal employment laws for multinational operations.
Understanding of local labor law and labor relations environments in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Canada.
Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently to manage client relationships and navigate discussions in the region.
