Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in leading consumer electronic device product designs, involving multiple domains and developing product features, applications, or patents.
5 years of experience as a people manager in engineering, growing the organization, developing talents, and driving process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience in consumer handheld/wearable product development, leading integration of multiple domains such as mechanical, electrical, RF, sensor, or software.
Experience in the hardware product development process, from concept to manufacturing at contract manufacturers.
Understanding of essential mechanical engineering tools and processes, such as TA, FEA, Moldflow, NUDDs, FMEA, DFM, and Reliability Testing.
Ability to communicate well with cross-functional team members in Asia and the US, efficiently collaborate to achieve project goals, contribute positively to the engineering community, and influence stakeholders across the organization.
