As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist, you will act as first point of contact for customers and field service professionals’ issues and being an interface between them and the rest of the departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking customer service calls and emails, and providing high level of support to clients across the APAC region
- Logging issues in Honeywell ticketing systems and/or customer platforms
- Allocate field service professionals to attend customer site and dispatching the service work order
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Following up on work orders to completion to comply with SLAs
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support
- Ability to identify customer needs and take action with a sense of urgency
- Proficient computer skills across MS suite
- Contact centre experience highly regarded
- Flexibility to work in shifts including night shifts, public holidays as per rostering calendar
