EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Minimum of 6 years work experience in Management Consulting or other Advisory Services and strong ability to plan and drive change management during projects
Develop and articulate clear, actionable SAP S/4HANA roadmaps tailored to a client specific business needs and objectives. Strong Business process experience, in a SAP context, such as process re-engineering, process design or process audits
Conduct thorough assessments of existing SAP landscapes and business processes
Evaluate and recommend optimal deployment scenarios (e.g. greenfield, brownfield, hybrid)
Analyze business requirements and translate them into strategic S/4HANA transformations
Advisory in a SAP transformation context. It may cover business process re-engineering, process design and audits, definition of landscape strategy, IT portfolio planning, COE organization, enterprise architecture governance, business value roadmap.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills as well solid presentation skills
Proven experience in customer management and team coordination.
Experiences in ENR, Utilities industries is a plus
