Lead the engineering product life cycle team. Define and drive engineering decisions and new feature development while ensuring the committed performance, cost, and schedule targets are met.
Accountable for the resolution of engineering escalations from manufacturing and the field. Ensure the team follows best practices to systematically and permanently solve issues.
Ensure feature development plans and testing are comprehensive and optimized for performance, reliability, cost, manufacturability, and serviceability.
Adept at risk-based project management. Define and pursue mitigation plans to manage and retire risks.
Work with the service and manufacturing organizations to ensure KPIs for production ramping and product maintenance are maintained.
Engage direct reports by sharing vision and business context, establishing priorities, and navigating change with frequent communication. Develop employees via thoughtful mentoring and playing to strengths.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) and at least 5 years of work experience, Master's Level Degree and at least 8 years of work experience , Bachelor's Level Degree and at least 10 years of work experience.
Prior management experience of 3 or more engineers.
