You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. - - 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- - 1+ years of computer networking experience
- - High school or equivalent diploma
- - 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience

- - Experience working in a Data Center environment
- - Understanding of network design, protocols and troubleshooting
- - Understanding of storage devices
- - Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
- - An Associates degree or 2+ years of professional or military experience in an IT related field
