Responsible for working as part of the Maintenance Department to produce quality parts at a low cost andrimary responsibility is performing the tasks and duties thatare required as part of your skills and abilities as required for machine repair and all plant equipmentincluding plant utilities.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• procedures.
• Operational problem solving and seeking out continuous improvements to the process
• Duties encompass preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, machine improvementsand modifications.
• Provide technical support to the Human Resources, Processes, Products and Equipment employedwithin the Division on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensuring that a smooth “hand-off” occurs with technical team members on other shifts within thedepartment, so that the communication and transition between shiftsis constantly occurring
• Participating in team meetings to review and resolve quality, service, operations, facilities, humanresources and health and safety issues, when required
• Assist in the training and development of new members of operations;
• Participate in 5 “S” activities.
• Work in compliance withStackpole PM-MississaugaQuality and EHSPolicies and Procedures,including IATF16949/ ISO 9001 /ISO 14001.
• All other duties as assigned

Our requirements

• s in a team based environment
• Must have an Ontario Trade Certificate as an industrial electrician and have at least three yearsrelevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Must have good trouble shooting knowledge of PLC’s, speed controls, CNC controls, and automationequipment.
• Must be a reliable, mature individual with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
