Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting and full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Tech, Product management, User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI).
- 2 years of experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
- Experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.
- Experience leading projects, solving problems and delivering impact.
- Ability to manage customer relationships, consult customers, and work in a large-team environment.
