About the Position:

Cellebrite seeks a well-organized Executive Assistant with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to support the Chief Marketing Officer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Executives and other delegated staff’s schedules, for supporting meetings with logistics and catering, for helping to arrange travel and other administrative duties as assigned. The position will require the ability to use a high degree of tact and diplomacy in handling matters that are critical or confidential in nature.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Chief Marketing Officer and other Executives as needed.
  • Manage communications with senior level internal and external customers.
  • Meeting Management: Assist Executives in planning and executing meetings: manage invitations and correspondence; select participants, draft meeting agendas, take meeting notes; compile, file, and disseminate meeting documentation to participants.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and provide support for various conferences, meetings, and events
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage a complex and frequently changing calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritizing conflicting demands and accommodating last-minute changes.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners. Serve as a point of contact and represent Cellebrite professionally and diplomatically.
  • Event Planning Assistance: help with event planning will be required.
  • Assist with critical projects such as creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for business meetings and other documents as required. Support metrics analysis, web maintenance and SharePoint coordination.
  • Coordinate extensive travel for the Executives and designated staff through the travel coordinator; Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting and procurement card reconciliation.
  • Budgeting and tracking: working with finance and marketing leaders to coordinate and assist budget tracking and reporting
  • Make decisions and use good judgement to prioritize and to negotiate when faced with competing demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant managing and supporting multiple Executive level Officers.
  • Must be professional, innovative, high energy, self-motivated, and multi-task in a fast-paced Global company.
  • Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills and comfortable working across multiple time zones.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • BS Degree is preferred with a focus on Marketing
  • This is a Hybrid Role, but must be located in the VA/DC/MD area (Office in Tysons Corner)
