Operario de Producción
AGUASCALIENTES, Mexico
Los operarios de deproducción procesan wafers de diferentes tecnologías y apoyan las operaciones de fabricación en un sitio de prueba de wafers o de ensamblaje.
Los operarios de producción realizan funciones específicas de fabricación de semiconductores en la producción de dispositivos semiconductores. Operan varios equipos en la realización de funciones tales como prueba, golpecito y carrete o marca y paquete. Esta función es responsable de configurar y operar una variedad de máquinas manuales, automáticas o semiautomáticas utilizadas en la producción del producto de la empresa.
Requerimientos mínimos:
- Secundaria o Preparatoria
- Experiencia en Industria (Electrónica, Automotriz, etc.)
Habilidades:
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
- Capacidad para acceder rápidamente a nuevas herramientas y procesos
- Demostrar habilidades interpersonales, analíticas y de resolución de problemas
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar eficazmente con personas en diferentes funciones
- Capacidad de tomar la iniciativa y de impulsar los resultados
- Fuertes habilidades de gestión del tiempo
