Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in executing operational initiatives related to global vendor operations management, program/project management, shared services, or global business services.
Experience in change management in a changing environment requiring deadline-driven focus and productivity.
Experience with data spreadsheets and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Enterprise/B2B support delivery models, extended workforce delivery models, operational efficiency transformation, or management/operations consulting.
Experience executing large-scale strategic and operational initiatives within a global team.
Ability to influence without direct authority, to drive changes at all levels within an organization, and to build strong working relationships.
Interest in technologies such as leveraging GenAI tools in your day-to-day to enhance the quality, effectiveness and creativity of the deliverables.
