- Experience in change management in a changing environment requiring deadline-driven focus and productivity.
- Experience with data spreadsheets and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Enterprise/B2B support delivery models, extended workforce delivery models, operational efficiency transformation, or management/operations consulting.
- Experience executing large-scale strategic and operational initiatives within a global team.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, to drive changes at all levels within an organization, and to build strong working relationships.
- Interest in technologies such as leveraging GenAI tools in your day-to-day to enhance the quality, effectiveness and creativity of the deliverables.
