About The Role
In this role, you will:
Exceed Quota: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Commercial segment (up to 1500 employees).
Prospect Creatively: Source new prospects, align Rapid7’s offerings with their needs, and serve as a trusted advisor.
Monitor Competition: Stay informed about competitor offerings to recognize their strengths and vulnerabilities.
Leverage Client Insights: Transform client feedback into actionable strategies that drive business growth and foster win-win solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Channel, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless implementation and sustained account growth.
The skills you’ll bring include:
Experience: 1–3 years of full-cycle sales experience in a software or technology company, ideally in Cybersecurity.
Revenue Growth: A proven ability to drive revenue through prospecting, new business creation, and expanding existing accounts.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: The capacity to work autonomously, thrive under pressure, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills within a high-performing environment.
Drive & Resilience: Tenacity and a competitive spirit in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and German (C2).
