Our Entry Level EA Program consists of a 12-month contract with:
- 4 weeks of training in our Business Support Centre to get trainees familiar with our technology and processes
- Rotations in each of our four service lines, where the trainee will build a base understanding of our business and our clients
- Support from mentors and/or coaches
key responsibilities
- Diary Management
- Travel Management
- Event management coordination
- Expense preparation and management
- Prepare expense claims using gT&E
- Client relationship management and support
What we’re looking for
Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
- A Diploma of Business Administration or Certificate IV of Business Administration (desirable) and 2 -3 years relevant work experience in a customer servicing role (such as office administration, hotel reception, airline customer service, hospitality and/or other administration roles)
- Energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and a “can do” attitude
- Great communication skills, able to build rapport and understanding of others concerns, needs and issues
- Excellent attention to detail and is service and quality focused
- Problem-solving capability
- Initiative and willingness to learn
- Maintains strict discretion and confidentiality
- Extremely organized
- Proactive approach
- Able to work in a team arrangement and strong interpersonal skills
