Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development using the C programming language.
- 5 years of experience developing on embedded operating systems (e.g., Android, iOS, Linux).
- 5 years of experience in Linux, embedded processors, embedded systems, and devices.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
- 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building consumer electronics with the knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and customer support processes.
- Experience with Linux development environment and git/gerrit tools.
- Experience with developing in coreboot, Zephyr OS, or other open-source projects.
- Experience in bringing up USB-C stack, sensors and other peripherals.
- Knowledge of ARM or x86 assembly, system BIOS, Linux kernel, device drivers.
