We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sr. Staff IT Software Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of our next-generation scalable services and applications. Leveraging advanced technologies such as Python, Django, FastAPI, ReactJS, GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes within the Google Cloud Platform, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our architecture. Your Impact
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of high-quality software assets
Deliver exceptional code with meticulous attention to detail
Take a lead role in solution design, working closely with architects to create innovative, scalable architectures
Mentor, coach, and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Influence and guide the engineering team in adopting best practices and new technologies
Your Experience
8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
Expertise in Python, utilizing Django or FastAPI to build fault-tolerant microservice/web architectures
Expertise in JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, or SASS
Proven experience in designing and building scalable solutions leveraging both relational and NoSQL databases
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in Docker or similar container management tooling
Experience working with Kubernetes is required
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required
