Responsibilities:• Support engineering with process audits program by performing daily audits, and follow up on resolving non-compliance.
• Collaborate with area managers and engineer to support change implementation.
• Review and write SOP for operations, as required.
• Be the voice of associate in identifying gaps, and escalating it to the engineering team.
• Support and work in assigned department as required.
• Assist the floor as an associate resource, training associates, and verifying SOP compliance.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity.
• Collaborate with operations and work on analyzing delivery defects and risks.
