- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.
- Experience in SAP, Kinaxis, or other MRP/ERP program deployments.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, operational logic and use of MRP, inventory control, demand planning and fulfillment.
- Familiarity with best practices around successful software implementations using waterfall and agile models.
- Familiarity with financial decision models and technical/business case pitches (TCO, ROI analysis, etc.).
- Excellent verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.
