- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in program management
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical field
- Experience in SAP, Kinaxis, or other MRP/ERP program deployments
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, operational logic and use of MRP, inventory control, demand planning and fulfillment
- Familiarity with best practices around successful software implementations using waterfall and agile models
- Excellent verbal/written communication and facilitation skills
- Well versed with financial decision models and technical/business case pitches (TCO, ROI analysis, etc.)
