• Manage functional execution within teams and across teams
• Manage alignment of functional development to regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvements into the functional execution across teams
• Responsible for coordination across engineering IPTs systems, software, and hardware
• Responsible for all phases of product and platform lifecycle (design, development, integration, test, certification, production, in-service)
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• 15 plus years of Aerospace Industry experience

• Experience with aircraft electronic systems software and hardware.
• Knowledge of software development methods and practices.
