Lead ideation, refinement and execution of digital dining benefits strategy for Chase Dining
Manage long-term roadmaps with Infatuation Product Team, Chase Dining teams and Chase Card teams
Serve as relationship manager with existing external partners and work with product teams on prioritization of functionality for integration
Partner with Chase Corporate Development to identify and engage with new dining platforms and functionality
Coordinate with Dining Marketing on how a program/benefit is promoted across both Chase and Infatuation channels
Own operations of exclusive reservation/access programs including Reserved by Sapphire and new incentive/offer programs for reservations and dining
Oversee Chase Insights and Data Analytics work to leverage channels to test, validate and measure strategy progress and usage against goals
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
7+ years experience in a marketing, strategy, or product management role within a complex and dynamic environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time by being pro-active, action-oriented and results driven with the ability to prioritize
Inclination to connect the dots between initiatives
Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytics skills
Skilled at creating compelling presentations for leadership and providing clear recommendations
Ability to understand the big picture, while paying attention to the details
Passionate about understanding consumer needs and building digital products within the dining/travel/lifestyle space
